Russia Part 1

We bought a 5 hour bus tour for the following day. It took us to Pushkin, a small Russian town under an hour south of St Petersburg. On our way we passed The House of Soviets, built in the 1930s. It is an enormous building from the Stalinist era intended for city administration but now mostly empty. A statue of Lenin and numerous fountains are scattered throughout the gardens.
